UBO register

The UBO register is a public register at the Chamber of Commerce in which the ultimate beneficial owners of legal entities are recorded. A UBO is a person who owns more than 25% of the shares or voting rights, or otherwise exercises effective control. All BVs, NVs, foundations and associations are required to register their UBOs. Failure to register can result in a fine.
