If you disagree with a Tax Authority assessment, you can lodge an objection within six weeks via Mijn Belastingdienst. State your grounds clearly and support them with evidence. The Tax Authority normally responds within six weeks but may extend. If your objection is rejected you can appeal to the tax court.
