Model agreement

A model agreement is a Tax Authority-approved contract demonstrating that the collaboration between a client and a freelancer does not constitute an employment relationship. When using an approved model agreement, the client is not required to withhold payroll tax. However, the paper agreement is not enough — the actual working practice must also be consistent with genuine self-employment.
